JohnnyV Turkey Day Pick

Happy Thanksgiving to you! I want to send you all warm wishes around this amazing holiday and hope that you get the chance to spend it with the people you love (or away from your in-laws!!!)

It would not be Thanksgiving without football and over the years the NFL has become a part of the tradition to help people get through what can be an annoying afternoon once the turkey has been consumed and that irritating cousin starts to shoot her stupid mouth off about whatever political issue of the day has caught her attention. Fortunately, there is a place to tune out the noise as you pour yourself a well deserved scotch, seek out an arm seat on the couch and chat up your fantasy team with the one brother in-law that shares your love of all things football.

Of course, the one thing that we really need to make it through the day is some action to root for, especially on a questionable slate of games like this. I was not sure about putting out a pick this week as I really try to stick to games that I have a strong conviction on, but fortunately, it looks like there is a nice opportunity in front of us to take advantage of so let’s get to it!
