Seahawks against the run #17
Seahawks against the pass #28
Favorites:
Najee Harris, 11,800
- Super expensive, but the Seahawks have allowed the most DK points to the RB position in the NFL.
- Harris can do it on the ground or through the air, which means he is not game flow dependent.
- 2, 21.1, and 31.2 DK points the last three weeks, he has emerged as the Steelers main weapon.
- Fits with Seahawks overloads, where he could be see a ton of passing game volume as the Steelers play catch-up -or- if the Steelers lead he could get a ton of carries. He can be teamed with the Steelers Def.
DK Metcalf $10,000
- Will suffer from Wilson not feeding him, but he remains the biggest and best weapon for Seattle.
- A big bodied redzone monster, has gotten into the endzone 5 times already this season.
- Steelers rank #24 vs the pass DVOA and have allowed the 9th most DK points to WRs.
Diontae Johnson, $9,800
- An unusual 2 targets for Diontae last game as he had 13, 12, and 10 his previous three games, but he did catch one for a TD and ended with 2/72.
- He is easily Roethlisberger’s #1 target and with JuJu out, his volume should remain massive.
- Seahawks defense and specifically their pass defense is a mess, ranking 28th DVOA and allowing the 5th most DK points to WRs.
Value:
Alex Collins, $6,800
- Will be the bellcow back again with Carson out. Has 25 carries and 5 targets the last two weeks.
- Seahawks are going to rely on Collins a lot to take the pressure off Smith.
- I expect him to be utilized more in the passing game for this one as Smith will be doing some dinking and dunking.
James Washington, $5,200
- The beneficiary of JuJu Smith Schuster’s injury, Washington has stepped into that #3 WR role and seen 5 targets in each of the last two weeks.
- Last week went 4 catches for 69 yards.
- I already talked about how bad the Seattle secondary is.
Sleepers:
Steelers Defense, 5,600
- With Russell Wilson out, Geno Smith will get the start on the road.
- Steelers can stop the run 6th DVOA, so Smith will have to put the ball in the air, creating opportunity. A Najee Harris/Steeler defense correlation play makes sense.
Gerald Everett, $4,600
- Out the last 2 weeks Everett returns and might be under the radar a little.
- Geno Smith will be looking to a lot of underneath routes in this one, which should mean increased volume for Everett.
- Everett saw 5 targets in week 3 where he caught all 5 for 54 yards.
Pat Freiermuth, $2,800
- We need one or two low dollar guys with the pricing structure for this slate.
- Only 13 targets this year, but Ben likes to find his tight end.
