Thursday Night Showdown Slate Article- 49ers at Cardinals

It appears that we have another lopsided primetime game this Thursday night as the undefeated San Francisco 49ers travel to Arizona to face the 3-4-1 Cardinals.  The 49ers are currently a 10 point favorite and the game total is 43.

Showdown Slates have been very good to us this season.  Part of the reason why is our ability to identify the correct Captain.  If you have been reading my articles every week you know that the vast majority of the time I select  runningbacks or wide receivers in the Captain spot.  In 23 showdown slate games this year the correct captain has been a runningback/wide receiver 15 times.  With quarterback being 4 times, defense being 3 times, and kicker once.

The other reason we have been so successful is our ability to identify low dollar players that have produced far beyond their price.  Just last Monday we were on $200 Allen Hurns and low dollar treasures  like Jaylen Samuels, Dallas Goedert, Gerald Everett, and Brandon Bolden have helped us win a ton of money this season.

We still have a lot of action left this season for Showdown slates, let’s keep the momentum going!
